I love how the eyes and hair turned out - the eyes are adorable! And the hair style really fits with the character, too.
The....tail? if it is a tail, is position a little too far down, I think. It should probably be positioned a little higher on the foot, so it looks like it's coming from behind.
Also, I love the clothes, but the right shoulder looks a little bigger than the left shoulder.
